I made this wine 1 time. I started fermenting in beginning of august - 3 weeks - and then 2 weeks cold for clearing. Bottled it 1 week ago. Already tasting really good - looking forward to the taste after some time in my cellar :-) I added 100 g ecological raisins, 800g normal sugar, 40g oak chips and a teaspoon of tannonrouge - that gives a little higher alcohol % and more body to the wine. It is so good that I ordered a new set today :-) - as good as medium class wine from the supermarket.
