Mycket lätt att följa bruksanvisningen som medföljde, men kan skrivas ännu tydligare. Ex. när vet man att vinet är helt utan kolsyra?Oklart om hur många ggr. man skall tappa om vinet med hävert? Annars väldigt nöjd med produkterna.
I made this wine 1 time. I started fermenting in beginning of august - 3 weeks - and then 2 weeks cold for clearing. Bottled it 1 week ago. Already tasting really good - looking forward to the taste after some time in my cellar :-) I added 100 g ecological raisins, 800g normal sugar, 40g oak chips and a teaspoon of tannonrouge - that gives a little higher alcohol % and more body to the wine. It is so good that I ordered a new set today :-) - as good as medium class wine from the supermarket.
